Direct Participant Support Costs will be captured in the following four categories:

Subawards including Participant Support Costs will carry terms and conditions requiring detailed financial reports be submitted in addition to periodic invoicing.  Subrecipients are required to submit detailed financial reports, semi-annual, which provide detail reporting on all costs, including Participant Support Costs.
