Commercial credit cards are not to be used when the necessary services are available from State or University operated facilities. Each Motor Fleet Management vehicle has a State issued gas card. 

Gasoline and oil should be obtained from the State service pumps whenever possible. Charges for gasoline from local service stations will require an explanation for not using State pumps.  If use of a commercial credit card is unavoidable, the reimbursement form can be found at http://www.ncmotorfleet.com/mfmforms.aspx and should be sent directly to NC Motor Fleet Management in Raleigh.
