| Project Description | : | One-Two Sentences UNC-TV and UNC-General Administration are soliciting energy
management services for review and advice on their
respective guaranteed energy savings performance contracts.
Services to be provided include review and validation of
investment grade audits, assessment and advice on proposed
measurement and verification (M&V) protocols, and
annual reconciliations of reported savings. One firm will
be selected to perform services for both organizations.
