| Project Description | : | One-Two Sentences Renovation of a 12 story structure comprised of 106,600sf
that will provide suite style facilities, semi-private
bathrooms, stair/elevator upgrades, full window/roof
replacement and brick and/or brick clad facade on exterior
of the building. Renovation must comply with SB668.
