RESOLUTION TO HONOR VICE PRESIDENT L. FELIX JOYNER

Whereas, Felix Joyner has given 26 years of loyal and valuable service to the University of North Carolina and has been an effective and astute advocate for the University in legislative and other settings; and

Whereas, his advice and counsel on budgetary and financial matters have been of great value to the University and to the State; and

Whereas, he has always conducted himself in a frank and gracious manner to the great benefit of the Faculty Assembly, the University, and the State,

Now, therefore, be it resolved, that the Faculty Assembly of the University of North Carolina expresses its deep appreciation and genuine admiration to Felix Joyner for his work.
