Resolved, that the Faculty Assembly petitions President Broad to communicate to the chair and each member of each Board of Trustees her support for faculty participation in the meetings of the Boards of Trustees and their committees.

The Office of the President indicated that the President would meet with the chairs of the Boards of Trustees this spring and convey to them the content of the motion and her support for having the Boards provide an opportunity for faculty participation and input at the local campus level.
