Be it resolved:

That the Faculty Assembly requests President Broad to instruct the Chancellor of each campus to make public, in the library of the campus, approved annual budget information, in a comprehensible format.

President Broad responded by memo on April 25, 2002, as follows:

I have asked the chancellors to make this information available on campus, suggesting that it be located in the campus library.
