WHEREAS:

The nature of the work of the Board of Governors Programs and Planning Committee is critical to the academic programs at the University of North Carolina; and

 

WHEREAS:

It is essential that the Faculty Assembly have advance notice of programs and issues under consideration by that Committee;

 

BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED:

 

That the Chair of the Faculty Assembly Administration, Planning, and Programs Committee be included in all correspondence, electronic mail and listserves of the Board of Governors Programs and Planning Committee, and receive copies of all written reports, agendas, minutes, and other documents generated by and for the Board of Governor’s Committee in advance of its monthly meetings.
