The Faculty Assembly recognizes the prerogative of the Board of Governors to set senior administrator salaries, but notes there was a significant disparity between the level of raises recently given to senior administrators and the level for faculty. The Faculty Assembly requests that before senior administrative salaries are set in the future, the Board also review and take into account disparities between existing and benchmark levels of faculty salaries.
