The Division of University-School Programs advances public education and high student performance by supporting the effective application of technology, quality research-based preparation and professional development, and educational policy research. The division includes the UNC Center for School Leadership Development (eight professional practice/professional development programs serving PK-16); the N.C. Education Research Council; the Southeast Center for Teaching Quality; and a director of instructional technology.
University-School Programs
is the primary liaison with the 15 UNC colleges/schools/departments of
education, inter-institutional programs related to PK-16 education, the
N.C. Department of Public Instruction, the N.C. General Assembly, and all
other programs/organizations related to support for public schools.
