The Alliance hosts a standing video conference on Tuesdays from 9:00 am - 10:00 am. The video conference was originally established during the Banner implementation and includes all of the campuses except NCSU and UNC-CH. With a few days notice, however, NCSU and UNC-CH can be added as participants. Use of the video conference time is not restricted to Banner topics. Any group interested in using an open video conference time should contact John Smith, Interim Director of the Shared Services Alliance, to reserve the date.
