In 1985, the North Carolina General Assembly passed legislation requiring all agencies operating State-owned motor vehicles to maintain a file containing a photostatic copy of each employee's valid driver's license.

In order to meet this legislative requirement, please forward a photostatic copy of your driver's license to your Human Resource Facilitator as soon as possible.
