The UNC Office of the President (UNC) is submitting a collaborative proposal in response to solicitation no. 02-017 "A Southeast Atlantic Coastal Ocean Observing System SEA-COOS", which was recently issued by the Office of Naval Research. Collaborating entities include:

The proposal is being submitted with UNC as the lead institution. Awards to collaborating entities will be issued under the terms and conditions of the SEA-COOS Master Agreement and will be transmitted using a SEA-COOS Task Order process.
