Establishing Fees for Licensing Nonpublic Institutions to Conduct

Post-Secondary Degree Activity[1]

The Board of Governors authorizes the President to charge a fee to license nonpublic institutions to conduct post-secondary degree activity in North Carolina. A reasonable fee shall periodically be set by the Board, on recommendation of the President, for initial licensure and for the addition of degrees for previously licensed institutions. This policy is effective June 1, 2001.
