Single Prime Contractor This prequalification is for Phase 1 - Neuroscience Research Building (NRB) Behavioral Core renovations (approximately $670,000 project cost). Prequalification for Phase 2 - Medical Biomolecular Research Building (MBRB) Surgery Suite renovations (approximately $3M project cost) is scheduled for September 2018. These phases will be bid separately.
