Opportunities to Do Business with the Universities

The project will include the renovation of the existing 33,930 square feet 4th floor shell space of the East Carolina School of Dental Medicine (Ross Hall). The project will construct new dental research laboratories, research support spaces, office spaces and conference areas. The work will be performed by a single prime construction contract delivery method based on a lump sum proposal. Each Contractor is requested to complete the State of North Carolina Prequalification Form as provided by East Carolina University.
