Prequalifying for
Prequalification Proposals from Single Prime Contractors for
the reroofing of low-slope portions of the McGAVRAN
GREENBERG BUILDING, UNC CHAPEL HILL. Pre-Qualification
Documents may be obtained REI Engineers.
The scope of this project will consist of, but not be
limited to, removal of existing low-slope EPDM roofing
components and installation of Modified Bitumen roofing and
associated sheet metal flashing and trim; installation of
overflow scuppers; update of lightning protection;
installation of fall protection system. Alternates including
coating of existing metal panel roofing and perimeter
metal/coping; replacement of perimeter metal/coping.
