| Prequalifying for | A General Contractor to construct and install a new section
of direct buried steam and condensate piping on the campus
of Appalachian State University. Scope of work includes
installation of: approximately 425 LF of direct buried steam
and condensate piping, approximately 925 LF of steam and
condensate piping and system connections inside the Central
Steam Plant and Holmes Convocation Center, and
reconfiguration of steam and condensate piping in two
existing steam vaults. Site demolition, restoration, and
temporary traffic control is required. Safety is a
paramount concern for not only the constructors, but also
for the campus population and campus infrastructure and
