General construction of single floor renovation of approx.
15,600 gsf on the 3rd floor of a 6-story concrete/masonry
frame building to include demolition and interior
construction of a new Medical Education Simulation Center
for the UNC School of Medicine. Work to also include
replacement/upgrades of existing MEP/FP systems on 3rd
floor. As well as code compliance upgrades on adjacent
