Opportunities to Do Business with the Universities

Single Prime General Contractor for the renovation of an an existing three story classroom and office building with an approximate total area of 142,500 square feet. This renovation of Anne Belk Hall will include installation of a fire sprinkler system and associated fire alarm improvements throughout, renovations to transform a currently vacant area on the third floor of approximately 33,500 square feet into additional classrooms, labs, and faculty offices and additional scattered renovations in smaller amounts on other floors. The project includes demolition and new construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. Construction activities are expected to start May 2014 and be completed by December 2014. The work will be done in phases and the building will continue to be partially occupied at all times.
