steel seat angles, repair base concrete at beam slide
bearing connections, repairs to corroded steel and poor
draining surfaces at steel frame stairs with concrete filled
metal pan treads, extensive repairs to hand railing bases,
repairs to cracked and spalling concrete along with exposed
reinforcing bars at elevated concrete framing. (Est.
