| Prequalifying for | NC State University is seeking qualification statements from
general contractors for the Steam Phase 8 project. The scope
of work will consist of the demolition of between 400-650 LF
of LP and HP steam and condensate pipe and associated
asbestos insulation and reinstallation of new HP steam and
condensate pipe and insulation in a steam tunnel on central
campus.
The University is seeking qualification statements from
general contractors who have experience in steam and
condensate piping construction.
Construction is anticipated to start in mid-June 2013 and
continue through the end of October, 2013.
