| Project Description | One-Two Sentences This project will renovate approximately 5,580 gross square
feet in the first-floor sports therapy area (rooms 120A -
130A) of the Wendell Murphy Football Center. Modifications
include demolishing existing offices and an outdated wave
pool and installing a steam room and hot and cold therapy
pools in the 1,805 gross square foot hydrotherapy area.
Also included are updated offices, open cubicles, and a
reconfigured central therapy area.
Current project approval is for advance planning only. The
selected firm may be retained through full design and
construction at the University's option. | |||||
