Project Description
One-Two Sentences
This project consists of the installation of a chiller and
system piping on the Health Science Campus Central Utility
Plant at East Carolina University. The chilled water and
condenser water is to be extended from the existing system
pipe headers to the chiller equipment. The Variable
Frequency Drives (2), the condenser water pump and the
chilled water pump will be Owner supplied equipment and
installed by the contractor. The electrical service for the
chiller, pumps and VFD is to be extended from the existing
electrical distribution system. The chiller control and
sequence of operation is to be integrated with the existing
Chiller Plant Trane Tracer Building automation system.
