Project Description
One-Two Sentences
Initial design work to study and provide alternatives with
cost estimates for complete modernization of Brody
Auditorium with the goals of increasing seating capacity;
renovating stage and theater equipment; renovating
audio-visual systems; renovating interior finishes;
providing new fire alarm and protection systems; upgrading
HVAC and electrical systems; providing full ADA
accessibility; and meeting all NC Building Code
requirements.
Current project authorization is for advance planning only.
The selected designer may be retained through full design
and construction at the University's option.
