Request For Qualifications for professional Commissioning
Agent design, construction administration and post
construction services for UNCSA Performance Place
Renovations. The project consists of improvements to the
Freedman and Catawba Theaters. There will be some up-fit to
interior finishes. Several HVAC systems are required to be
repaired or replaced. There will be replacement of the
theater lighting and controls. The project will be
completed by January 2021.
Interested firms should submit three (3) copies of your
Letter of Interest and three (3) copies of your SF330 form
to the Central Campus mail address below by 3:00pm December
6, 2016. Each copy should be bound and not exceed twenty
(20) 8-1/2"x11" sheets front and back, plus the
SF330 form.
