Opportunities to Do Business with the Universities

Pre-proposal Meeting- October 11, 2016 at 11:00am in Magnolia Conference Room (100A)at the Giles F. Horney Building at 103 Airport Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27599. University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Currently the preferred site for the Medical Education Building is the Berryhill Hall site. Berryhill Hall currently houses a vivarium that will be migrated to other facilities, since Berryhill Hall will eventually be demolished. A preliminary planning effort determined that a series of renovations in McGavran Greenberg, Taylor Hall, MBRB, and Marsico are required to accommodate the Berryhill vivarium.
