| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The project will convert exterior public lighting for roads,
walks, drives, service lots, and pathways from existing lamp
types to LED lamps and fixtures that meet the campus design
standard. The geographic area will be North, Central, South
& Centennial Campus precincts. This will be treated as a
self-performed energy project which will utilize energy
savings to fund debt used to finance the installation. The
design will be by an engineering firm acting as the designer
of record. The engineer will perform an investment grade
audit to quantify the savings and establish the financial
viability of the project.
Current project authorization is for advance planning only.
The selected firm may be retained throughout the project at
