| Project Description | One-Two Sentences Project consists of advanced educational program planning
and design for a new western campus of the North Carolina
School of Science and Mathematics (NCSSM) in Morganton, NC
located on an 800 acre parcel of state- owned property. The
new campus is projected to serve
approximately 300 students in a partially or fully
residential living and learning community. The project may
include new construction and/or renovation of existing
facilities currently on the site.
NCSSM will need services to assist in developing the vision
and educational program plan for the new
campus, architectural design services, budgeting, and
construction phasing strategies.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 18, 2016 at
1:00 pm on the NCSSM campus in Durham, NC. Please sign in
at the receptionist desk in the Bryan lobby upon arrival.
This meeting is not mandatory, but very highly encouraged. | |||||
