 Project Description One-Two Sentences
This is an RFQ for a 3rd party development project. The ECU Real Estate Foundation (Foundation) is seeking a creative, qualified team with a proven track record that would partner with the Foundation to convert into academic, office and research spaces, three historic tobacco buildings within ECU's warehouse district properties on Tenth Street, part of ECU's newly designated Millennial Campus. All three historic tobacco buildings are in the National Historic Tobacco District and ECU recently received North Carolina Historic Mill Rehabilitation Tax Credit Eligibility Certification on all three properties. For more information, please see the URL listed above. Interested firms must attend ONE mandatory site visit being offered at 11 am on either August 23 or August 29. Failure to attend one of the mandatory site visits will disqualify a firm from consideration. Submissions are due no later than 4 pm on 11/8/2016. The location of the mandatory meetings is 301 East 10th St., meet at the corner of 10th and Greene Streets.
