Project Description
One-Two Sentences
Project is renovation of the existing food service space in
Mendenhall Student Center. The renovation will take the
existing kitchen and servery space and turn it into the
catering operations for the University. Once the renovation
in Mendenhall is complete, the space currently occupied by
catering in Todd Dining Hall, will be renovated to convert
the space back to dining hall operations.
Current project authorization is for advance planning only.
The selected firm may be retained through full design and
construction at the University's option.
