UNCA is soliciting commissioning services for the project described below. Renovate academic buildings Owen Hall and Carmichael Hall. Construction manager at risk fixed guaranteed maximum price construction delivery method will be used.

In order to offer architectural or engineering services in response to this solicitation, the proposer must be licensed in the State of North Carolina.
