| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The scope of this project is the removal and replacement of
existing shingles and single-ply membrane roofing.
Installation of new 30-yr asphalt shingles, roof
underlayment, repairs to damaged wooden deck and new fall
protection. The gutter system, downspouts and EIFS fascia
will be repaired as needed. | |||||
