 Project Description One-Two Sentences
Steam and condensate lines were recently replaced on the southwest side of Mendenhall, and this proposed project will be a continuation of that work. The lines continue along the west side of the building between Mendenhall and the Student Recreation Building going north. Near the northwest corner of the Mendenhall pedestrian plaza the lines turn east for 2/3 of the length of the building and then go into the building. Replacement will have to be done in stages and to accommodate pedestrian access to the Student Center and the Student Recreation Center. Extreme volumes of pedestrian traffic will require careful coordination and safety precautions for the entire project duration.
