A pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 14, 2015 at 1:30 pm in Rm 214 at the Davis Library Building at 208 Raleigh Street, Chapel Hill. The UNC Chapel Hill campus maintains and replaces portions of the steam, chilled water and storm water infrastructure on an on-going basis. This project will address Steam service to Swain, Abernethy, Chilled Water and Storm Water service in the vicinity of Lenoir Drive.
