The Library Phase 3 project will include but is not limited to improvements to the adjacent streetscapes of our new 76,000 GSF Library. The general scope is listed below: Ehle Drive Repave drive with curb and gutter added/replaced where needed Irrigation of green spaces North and South gates to remain as existing Adjacent Streetscapes Renovated facades (windows and entries) for Administration Building, Administration Annex, Design and Production (D&P) Building, and Pierce Building Demolition of existing porch at Design and Production office area Demolition and replacement of entrance canopy at Pierce Building Accessible entries for Administration, D&P, and Pierce Sneden's Landing Move pavers toward Fayetteville Street and new patio for D&P New landscaping adjacent to D&P and Pierce Building Pedestrian lighting Giannini Drive between Giannini Circle and Ehle Drive Repave drive with curb and gutter added where needed Accessible curb cut at Library Parking Lot B (accessible from Ehle Drive) and adjacent slope Storm water runoff mitigation on southwest side of lot and down slope to DeMille Drive Curb and gutter along west and southwest edge of parking lot Landscaping of slope to prevent erosion Parking Lot D (accessible from Chapel Street) and adjacent slopes Storm water runoff mitigation on adjacent slopes on east, north and northwest slope to DeMille Drive Landscaping of slope to prevent erosion on north and northwest slopes Curb and gutter along parking lot drive from Chapel Street to DeMille Drive and northwest edge of parking lot DeMille Drive Add curb and gutter north from parking lot D drive to New Library Building and southwest from parking lot D drive DeMille for approximately 50'
