| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The University of North Carolina at Greensboro is seeking
letters of interest from qualified professionals for the
Cone Residence Hall Renovation project. The project is a
comprehensive renovation of an existing nine-story residence
hall to include all finishes, group bathrooms, and the
mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems in the
building. Current funding authorization is for advance
planning only. The selected firm may be retained through
full design and construction at the University's
