Project Description
One-Two Sentences
This project will modernize one elevator in Davie Hall
(Elevator #5673), one elevator in Lineberger Cancer Center
(Elevator #10549) and one elevator in Gardner Hall (Elevator
#1619). The Gardner Hall elevator project will include
enlarging the existing shaft, adding a 5th stop to the top
floor and renovating the existing toilet rooms adjacent to
the existing elevator shaft. Modernizing these elevators
will install new control systems and will bring them up to
current safety requirements of the North Carolina Department
of Labor.
