| Project Description | One-Two Sentences Design the HVAC system and lighting on 5th thru 8th floors
of Atkins including portions of the 9th and 10th floors to
improve the protection of the library collection; improve
comfort and indoor air quality; energy conservation; and
meet IES lighting standards. The work will include overhaul
of the built-up penthouse air handling unit including the
installation of variable frequency drives, dehumidification
control, pre-heat and economizer controls, re-piping steam
humidifiers, and digital controls. Terminal boxes will be
replaced and DDC controls added. | |||||
