Opportunities to Do Business with the Universities

The project entails the design and contract documents for the HVAC repair of the existing Morehead Chemistry Building which is located off of South Road near the western edge of main campus. The construction delivery system will be Single Prime. The proposed scope of work should include the use of variable air volume air handlers and terminal units, shut off dampers to isolate labs not in use, the application of variable frequency drives on all fans and air handlers, replacement with VAV units for existing smaller constant velocity AHU's and ductwork, replacement of related motor control centers and existing suspended ceiling is required and is included.
