| Project Description | One-Two Sentences Seeking Commissioning Agent services for extensive interior
renovation and re-skinning of 385 bed, 1968-era ten story
high-rise residence hall of approximately 86,000 Sf with
selective demolition beginning January 1, 2017 and
construction completed by July 31, 2017. Eight copies of
submittals required. Candidates desiring a brief view of the
building, meet at Mendenhall Student Center - Rm 15, on
