| Project Description | One-Two Sentences UNCW is seeking Architectural and Engineering services for
the design of a nominal 11,000 SF Softball/Baseball Hitting
Facility. The facility is intended to be a single story
structure and will contain batting and pitching areas,
offices, bathrooms, a training room, etc. The covered
hitting area is envisioned to be open air while the other
areas will be climate controlled. All related disciplines
are required , (i.e. P,M,E, Civil, Structural, etc.)
Current project authority is for advance planning only. The
selected firm may be retained through full design and
construction at the University's option. | |||||
