Project Description
One-Two Sentences
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking a
consultant team to develop a university wide master plan.
The
project will be managed through the Facilities Planning and
Design Department. This comprehensive plan will integrate
the
Campus' strategic plan for Sustainability and provide
guiding principles for the ongoing land use of the
approximately 4300 acres
that constitute the University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill.
All proposals are due on Friday, January 16, 2015 on or
before 3:00 PM
Note: (4) four hard copies and (1) one electronic PDF file
of the submittal are required
