| Project Description | One-Two Sentences This project will address inadequacies of the existing HVAC
system in supporting the MRC first and second floor clean
rooms. Currently, the HVAC system does not provide adequate
temperature and humidity control, nor does it provide the
capacity required during seasonal peak loads. | |||||
