| Project Description | One-Two Sentences This project will renovate and repurpose the Physical Plant,
a 16,840 SF, two-story structure, in order to meet the
programmatic needs of the Art and Visual Studies Department
at Winston Salem State University. Current project
authorization is for planning only. The selected firm may
be retained through full design and construction at the
University's option. Shortlisted design firms will be
interviewed on Thursday, September 4, 2014. | |||||
