| Project Description | One-Two Sentences Advance Planning and schematic design for the construction
of a new Bell/Clock Tower at North Carolina A&T State
University's Campus. This is the first step in finding
a qualified architects/engineer for the design and
construction of the Structure. The location has been
selected, this RFQ is to define and complete schematic
design.
Current project authority is for advance planning only. The
selected firm may be retained through full design and
