Fully renovate 30,240 sq. ft. of a 1960 two story brick and steel structure + add approx. 25,124 sq. ft.; Use for Food services, admin offices, outdoor programs; Site work to incorporate new site circulation paths, energy plant, etc. NOTE: Project site/building available for self inspection - no staff available for site visits. No programming documents available. Selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the University's option.
