| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The former Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity house is being
purchased by NC State University. This project will convert
the 21,714 gsf, three-story building from residential to
office use for relocation of Advancement Services,
Foundations Accounting and Investments, and potentially
