| Project Description | One-Two Sentences Roof replacement of McKimmon Conference & Training
Center located at 1101 Gorman Street, Raleigh, NC 27606.
The selected firm will be the lead design firm and will work
through the NC State University Department of Design and
Construction and with a building committee that includes
user representatives. The process will include normal
involvement with the NC State Construction Office and the
North Carolina Office of State Construction. | |||||
