| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The project involves the programming for Phase 15 residence
hall consisting of ~412 beds in
apartment configuration. The facility will include
apartments, laundry, common areas, lounge
space, multi-purpose rooms, storage and offices. The
architecture of the proposed residence hall shall be
consistent with the established architectural style of the
surrounding residence and academic facilities.
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held Tuesday,
January 28, 2014 at 10 a.m. in room 210 at Cone University
Center. Responses are due by 2pm on February 11.
Current project authority is for advance planning only. The
selected firm may be retained through full design and
construction at the University's option. | |||||
